7.2 In no event shall FractoLabs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
8.1 We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
8.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10.2 Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
